- Audit—This service is the highest level of assurance, this services includes sampling and careful examination of your records, inquiries and conformations , after we finish our work, we will offer our opinion on your financial statements and internal controls over financial reporting. This is generally required when obtaining large business loan or grants.
- Review—This type of engagement offers less assurance of the business’s financial statements, but it still requires inquiries of client management and analytical procedures. Could be required by the banks or governmental authorities.
- Compilations—A compilation entails obtaining information from your staff and placing it in the form of financial statements, without expressing an opinion or assurance on them. This form could be required by the bank on the annual bases or for some start up businesses.
